I did not start with an audience. I started with a commitment.
I grew up in a small village in Odisha and spoke only Odia until I finished graduation. My first job paid ₹10,000 a month. In August 2020 I committed to going live every single day, no matter what.
That is how I built a ₹2 crore+ coaching business without running a single paid ad. But the real change came when I stopped treating people like numbers and started treating them like a tribe.
