Yes. The system is built for coaches starting from zero or with a small, quiet following. A small targeted audience converts far better than a large unfocused one. Sagar built the entire thing without a following and without ads.
Will this work for my specific niche?
If you sell knowledge or transformation, yes. Members are running it in business, health, relationships, spirituality, career, education, baking and more. The niche changes. The loop underneath does not.
How much time do I need each week?
Two live sessions a week plus a daily 30-minute lead generation ritual. If you can protect about an hour a day, you can run this properly. Every session is recorded within 24 hours if you cannot make it live.
What is the difference between Silver, Gold and Diamond?
Silver gets you the 6-week challenge and the community. Gold adds the full library, bonus courses and high-performer sessions. Diamond is direct mentorship with Sagar for coaches scaling past Rs 5L a month, and it is by application only.
Do I need to run paid ads?
No. This is an organic system. Sagar crossed Rs 2 Crore before he ran a single ad. Ads can come later once something already converts, but nothing here depends on them.
